The Social Arm – Creative Intern (Art-based)

The Role

• We are looking for a budding art director to create social content with us. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with the team to come up with creative ideas and executions for social media content and digital campaigns
• Assist with social strategies and pitches for existing and potential clients
• Assist with design and formatting of pitch decks
• Come up with mood boards for social shoots
• Edit and grade raw images for social content
• Contribute to team discussions and ideation sessions
• Shoot stills and videos for social and digital content (optional)

Requirements

• Have an understanding of creating integrated content across digital and social platforms
• Able to translate ideas into content solutions that fit client briefs and objectives
• Understanding of social and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
• Resourceful and independent working style
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Organised and have attention to detail

Good To Have

• Interest in photography / videography
• Proficiency in After Effects

• You will get to learn a range of social media content skills and get to know more about the advertising industry as long as you’re willing to work on those projects.
• We will convert you to a full time position if we think we can work well with you in the long term.
• Transport is claimable when you go to locations other than the office.
