Job Description
  • Receive and record donations from various sources.
  • Monitor and manage donations on external platforms and from fundraising initiatives and center's fundraising initiatives.
  • Process donations accurately into Donation Management System.
  • Update and maintain donor records to provide up-to-date and accurate information on donations.
  • Prepare necessary reports such as Daily GL Interface Report, Monthly and Annual Reports. (CF Form, IRAS, SOA, Donation Analysis, and other reports)
  • Perform administrative tasks related to fundraising activities.
  • Provide secretarial support to the PR Director.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Advisory Board and general office duties such as arranging meetings, recording of minutes of meeting. sending minutes/agenda/correspondence, and updating membership lists.
  • Support events and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in non-profit organization and/or secretarial support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous, detailed and to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
