Information Technology Intern (Part-time / Full-time)


About the Internship:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation project aimed at implementing a new CRM (customer relationship management) system into our daily operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make a significant impact on our organisation's digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on the different CRM system and their applications in the charity and social services sector.
  • Support planning and execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for CRM development.
  • Contribute to CRM implementation and testing.
  • Document project progress and prepare reports.
  • Support the Fundraising team in various administrative tasks as needed and help organise & co-ordinate fundraisings events.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably currently enrolled in a Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master's programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in data analytics.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Duration of Internship:

6 months (minimum 3 months)

Daily Working Hours:

9.00am - 6.00pm
