Job Description

As part of a strong, closely knit HR Team in The Providore Group, you will pro-actively support the HR team in providing the highest level of professional service to the entire organization for all operational matters related to HR.

From playing a crucial role in the on-going implementation of the new HR & Payroll system, to supporting end-to-end employee life cycle encompassing Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, People & Business Analytics as well as Total Rewards, you will gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR Operations; affording you invaluable insight into different HR processes, thus allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field.

(1) HR & Payroll System

  • Assist in the on-going implementation and user acceptance testing (UAT) of the new, and exciting full experience HR & Payroll System for the Group; inclusive of applicant tracking system (ATS) and learning management system (LMS)

 

(2) HR Administration

  • Support administrative matters such as organization and maintenance of HR documents
  • Assist in preparation of HR data and information required for reports

 

(3) Employee Life Cycle

  • Support the team in Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Learning & Development, and Performance Management

 

(4) People & Business Analytics

  • Learn the value of HR Strategies, and support crucial reporting of Profit & Loss (P&L) towards Sales, Labour, Costs of Goods, Wastage, etc. to foster a performance driven culture

 

(5) Total Rewards

  • Support the team in roll-out of the new Performance Management, aligned to Compensation & Benefits

 

*Any other skill development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3-months commitment period
  • Able to cohesively, and pro-actively work in a strong, positive and lively team environment
  • Comfortable in communicating with colleagues across all levels
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset, with a desire to learn will be hugely advantageous
  • High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in data and information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
