One Solution Group was established in late 2009 by founding members Kelvin Tang and Benjamin Nai. Both Kelvin and Benjamin were working in the sales industry prior to setting up the company but they were unhappy with the ethics and methodology used to acquire customers in their previous jobs. With the ideal and goal of creating an environment that is positive to both employees and clients, a company that achieves their sales target but also leaving positive image to our clients, the both of them gathered a team of specialists and set up their very own outsource sales solutions company.

Description

• To assist with Security Pass issuance
• Responding to Security Pass application and issuance request via Email
• Responding to incoming calls related to Security pass matters.
• Provide positive and friendly customer service experience.

Job details:

• Training will be provided.
• Working hours (830am-530pm, with meal break in between)
• Monday-Friday
• Located at Jalan Sultan

Requirements: 

• Only Singaporeans
• Computer Literate
