A Client Care Executive is someone who takes care of his/her Manager and the team, ensuring that paperwork is handled with great care, that coordination is done promptly and that the accounts are updated and tallied.
He/ She ensures that the team is supported through her efforts, both big and small. Assisting to order items required, send out cards for client’s birthdays, remind and register agents for trainings, she makes things easy and brings joy to everyone in the team.

Online research & tele-research to gather data
Updating of website & relevant records with data
Coordinating with clients for site visits, photoshoots and videography
