Job Description

About this role:

The Customer Happiness team is Oddle’s frontline heroes, battling daily to ensure our users get the best experience by building personal connections through various means and channels. We seek talented interns who understand what it means to delight a customer and are always looking to enrich the lives of others.This will be a regional internship role serving our clients based in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

In keeping our merchants HAPPY, you will be the central communication channel between restaurant partners and Oddle and tackle general enquiries, queries & feedback with regards to:

1. PRODUCT

  • Guide the merchants in using the Oddle solution
  • Identify, replicate, and report bugs/technical issues encountered by both internal and external stakeholders ; and advise on temporary workaround solution
  • Test and update Merchants and Oddle once bugs/technical issues are resolved
  • Champion restaurant partners’ concerns or feedback to Oddle
  • Log down Frequently Asked Questions with appropriate solutions
  • Relay news on product releases or technical issues to our restaurant partners

2. OPERATIONS

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage the delivery operations and resolve issues that might occur
  • Handle delivery amendments and cancellations
  • Tend to last minute requests / waiting charges that might occur

3. OTHERS

  • Champion any other relevant feedback that might arise

We want you if:

  • You are highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet
  • You able to engage in problem-solving in a calm and sound manner
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both English and Mandarin to service our Mandarin speaking clients
  • You take pride is providing the best customer experience, you’re passionate in helping others with a strong empathy for customers
  • You are tech-savvy with a keen eye for details, possessing good command of Excel is a plus
  • Candidates should already have proper visa to work in Singapore. We regret to inform that we are unable to sponsor work pass for overseas candidates
  • Start date: January 2018
