THE ROLE
Speak to prospects in a professional yet friendly manner displaying the value of the company’s services. Keep abreast with policies, requirements so that you can effectively screen prospects. Interact with prospects and corporate offices such that they carry a good impression of the brand and services we provide. Help with follow-up calls to convert prospects to clients. Screen calls so as to shortlist eligible prospects. Help in creating an awareness of our brand and services.
DUTIES
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s services, and screening for potential customers.
- Explaining services and services prices.
- Calling leads and screening them for potential prospects.
- Obtaining information of such screened prospects like name, email address, and other related information for arranging free consultations with respective Immigration Consultants.
- Answering prospects/customer queries about our services and their eligibility.
- Keeping track of leads/prospects that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Follow-up calls to prospects previously consulted, for potential sales.
- Maintaining records of customer contacts.
- Diverting/ directing calls to relevant staff members.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales team to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Representing the company suitably and ensuring that the brand of The Immigration People is represented positively.
- Enhance positive branding with each call.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimally a Diploma in any field
- Proven experience in telemarketing role (optional)
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated to be persistent and result oriented.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Mother Tongue, other languages are advantageous.
- Required computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF
