The Immigration Coordinator (ICO) is responsible for providing document and technical assistance to internal teams to facilitate the preparation of a client’s immigration application. The ICO is expected to work closely with the team of Immigration Associates to provide backend support for immigration-related activities and applications and maintain accurate clients’ records. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and good degree of written English skills, paired with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Filling up error-free immigration forms for the relevant government authorities (such as, ICA / MOM / EDB / etc)
Ensure that data entered is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Work on drafting emails and letters of post-submission immigration applications for clients to the relevant government authorities
Conduct periodic audits to monitor status of clients are active and up-to-date for timely processing of applications
Work directly with Team of Immigration Associates to ensure data entry goals are met
Maintain confidentiality and security of all information processed.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Able to work with tight deadlines
Willingness to learn new things
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe

Minimum Diploma education
3 months’ probation in office and flexibility to WFH after probation
AWS, Performance Bonus, Paid Leave, Paid Birthday Leave and Medical Claims upon confirmation
Salary: S$2,100 – S$2,400 depending on experience and skills sets
