THE ROLE

An Immigration Associate’s responsibilities include day-to-day liaison with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, under the supervision of the direct reporting supervisor. The incumbent will be exposed to full range of Singapore immigration work. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies, and are able to effectively use this knowledge to offer a high quality service and advisory adapted to our clients’ needs. This role can lead to positions of increasing responsibilities and satisfaction.

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Liaising with clients and assisting with the application of the relevant Singapore immigration applications

•Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries within Company’s stipulated response time, in a timely andprofessional manner

•Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-salesservice.

•Assisting with the preparation and submission of client’s Singapore immigrationapplications (LTVP / PR / Citizenship / Work Passes / etc)

•Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications,WhatsApp communications or face-to-face meetings.

•Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on outcome ofapplications

•Preparing immigration advice for clients

•Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes

 

The ideal candidate should:

•Possess a Diploma or equivalent in any field of study

•At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

•Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills

•Exceptional organizational and time management skills

•Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service

•Proficient in Microsoft office and Adobe

•Fluent in written and spoken English

•Bilingual is preferred
