Needs analysis assessment:
Accumulate information about the prospect regarding financial and other factual information. Assessing emotional make up of the client and understanding client's needs and wants. Use organised fact-finding approach
Policy administration:
Handle the paperwork involved in issuing and maintaining the policy. Handle client weekly update, eg; investment prices, market changes, regulatory changes. Submitting report to manager at the end of the week.
Personal financier
Offer continuous, meticulous and caring service to clients through half yearly reviews. Expand network and build client-financier relationship.
