Brief Description:
EngageRocket is hiring a Customer Success intern to work closely with the founders on delighting customers, helping them use our software to build great workplaces with amazing leaders.
You will be supporting and learning with the Customer Success Manager on the following:
1. Manage clients portfolio (renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling) by promoting engagement, satisfaction and loyalty to the software
2. Act as a “solutions expert” consultant by helping prospects with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives, and feeding requirements back to the product owner for development
3. Provide ongoing support for clients with the help of product and development teams
4. Work with the founders to enhance multiple touch-points in the customer journey
Requirements:
1. Experience or interest in client-facing / account management role
2. Knowledge of Organisational Development / Organisational Psychology, or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently is a bonus
3. Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
4. Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing financial options, and dealing with cancellations
5. High degree of empathy for customers and their pain points, combined with business acumen to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
