The Hidden Good – Creative Executive

The Hidden Good is community-centered content platform that collaborates with advocates and partners to raise awareness on social issues and inspire action. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing, designing and uploading visual collaterals to aid in marketing activities such as EDMs, Social Media Content, Digital Ads, Webstore, and In-Store collaterals like signages, posters, vouchers, brochures and curation of videos
• Creating effective sales tools with good designs and clear layouts
• Meeting KPIs of marketing campaigns through attractive designs
• Managing and overseeing the budget of all collaterals
• Possessing a keen eye for detail and a flair for design
• Working independently and harmoniously with all relevant departments within the company

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe's Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experienced in using digital media file formats and publishing platforms (e.g. mailchimp, zoho and WordPress)
• Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Adept understanding of typography, design trends and colour theory
• Flexible and adaptable design style and approach
