The Hidden Good – Community Management Executive

The Hidden Good is community-centered content platform that collaborates with advocates and partners to raise awareness on social issues and inspire action. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, Supporting & Growing our communities
• Be the face of THG who encourages personal connections between a company and its followers
• Driving and organizing community initiatives, campaigns and events for our community
• Increasing & integrating engagement with online and offline communities
• Finding and experimenting new strategies to grow our online and offline community
• Strategizing ways to scale our communities and to connect with people
• Advocate the THG brand in communities (e.g. schools, Facebook groups etc.)
• Managing & growing our Social Media presence
• Creating and curating content which includes generate, edit & publish engaging content on the scheduled basis
• Liaising with partners & other communities to distribute content via various channels
• Integrate & utilize Mail chimp for newsletter distribution
• Monitor & analyze social media insights to provide recommendations to strengthen overall brand voice and communications
• Monitor and moderate community activities on a daily basis or with partners
• Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing clients
