Key Responsibilities
Administrative Processes:
Apply for permits when it comes to events (e.g public entertainment licence, temporary change of use, public liability insurance, etc).
Liaison with vendors related to events
Update list of vendors on our database
Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned
Research:
Execute research on competitors and track potential business leads
Requirements:
An understanding of processes related to events management.
At least one year of experience working in an events company
A relentless appetite to learn new things and must have a positive attitude towards learning from your mistakes
