Job Description

Job Highlights

You will assist to develop the business’ long-term strategic roadmap and coordinate its implementation with various departments. You are responsible for the coordination of the assigned projects and liaison with the relevant external and internal stakeholders. You will assist in the formulation of strategies, action plans and target tracking of projects. You will get to track, analyse and monitor the overall performance metrics. 


  • Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Work closely with the Finance manager to maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company’s policies and good governance, practice and standards
  • Liaise and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm on finance matters

Office Administration

  • Assist in HR activities and overall office administration, including data maintenance in the system, documentation, maintaining of P-files, etc
  • Responsible for the posting of all job vacancies
  • Responsible for the recruitment of interns and contractors by sourcing and interviewing of suitable candidates
  • Assist on onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist and co-ordinate on HR activities and initiatives
  • Any other tasks or projects assigned by the management
