Sales Associate:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with our existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with close support through their order process
• Proactively identify, prospect and manage potential new clients to expand our client base
• Demonstrate to customers our expertise and understand their requirements to provide tailored quotes and proposals that align with their printing needs
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to the management team
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure accurate documentation of all customer communications.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
• Others ad-hoc tasks as assigned
