Job Description

The Marketing team is essentially the face of TCL, and the key bridge of communication between TCL and our customers. It is here where ideas brim, where we jump straight hands-on to bring our brand to life. Exciting, fast-paced and full of change, the team is where go-getters are able to work hard and play hard, while taking on a key role in growing the TCL brand beyond where it is today.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll have to assist with:

● Our weekly launches and the online operational work that it entails.
● Ideate and execute campaign and marketing initiatives across the entire customer funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention, with the key KPI of driving revenue and engagement
● Curate suitable social media content to optimise outreach and engagement on the relevant platforms.
● Explore alternative platforms that could potentially be viable for the brand to engage with our community and to improve brand presence.
● Craft personalised experience initiatives on our website
● Conceptualise and set up enhancements to our customers’ shopping experience, including AB testing variables, learning and improving implementation.
● Drive our content marketing strategy and efforts across all our touch points to drive engagement and conversions, including website, social media and email.
● Collaborate with the graphics team to create compelling visuals that align with our brand, enhancing our digital and offline visuals
● Improve our content marketing strategy across our social channels, including content creation and publishing
● Assist to put together and present performance reports. Run regular analysis on key metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue and engagement optimisation
● Assist in planning & executing events and content shoots where necessary
