The e-commerce operations intern needs to be someone with an innate interest in e-commerce, keen to learn about both the day-to-day operational concerns of managing an online transactions platform, as well as the broader considerations behind how to drive volume in terms of visitors and transactions. The intern would be
Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for all e-commerce transactions, including the issuance, activation, and enquiry resolution for all products
- Effectively handle ticketing platforms like Zendesk to respond to customer queries.
- Lead initiatives for process development and improvements, as well ensure that operational concerns are given due consideration for all events and decisions
- Help in creating FAQ guides for Zendesk and internal processes related to resolving customer inquiries.
Requirements :
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Able to commit at least 3 months.
- Chope uses Shopify, and any familiarity with it would of course be very beneficial.
- A team player, self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and creative
- Basic understanding of HTML & Microsoft excel.
- Can help create SOP's for operational processes.
