As an Intern, Investor Relations & Asset Management, your responsibilities will be as such:
- Preparation of investor relations presentation slides and materials
- Research and analysis of analyst reports on Ascott Residence Trust, SREITs and hospitality management company peers
- Market research on economies, key markets, industry statistics and tourism forecast
- Maintaining investor relations database and building relevant reporting dashboard
- Assist in organizing and preparation of investor relations events
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent discipline
- Strong written & verbal communications skills
- Self-starter, meticulous and organised
- Good team player with ability to work with internal stakeholders and confident in managing timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to commit full-time at least 3 months
