Responsibilities

• Support the conceptualization, assessment, pilot project management and implementation of new and on-going innovation projects
• Support technology scouting and identification of latest technologies and subsequent engagement with internal start-up communities
• Research on latest technological/ industry trends and support of internal process improvement projects involving the use of technology
• Assist to provide internal innovation culture (e.g. rollout of global communications platform, communication materials for idea challenges)
• Assist in the analyses and identification of suitable workflows to be automated (e.g. Robotic Process Automation project focusing on removing repetitive & mundane processes in Online Credit Card Payment Reconciliation and etc.)

Requirements

• Creative with an open-mind and strong curiosity for technologies
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator/ graphic design skills will be an advantage
• Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see-through agreed actions
• Commit full-time for at least 3 months
