Intern, Building Services and Special Projects
- Participate in design review for Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical & Electrical system services
- Collaborate with Digital Innovation Team for IOT and Smart Building related Proof of Concept trials
- Participate in Green solutioning & Utility saving activities for new and existing properties
- Coordinate in-house research/business process re-engineering projects
- Conduct data mining & analytics to improve business efficiency
