Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with interior Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines
  • Compile and create technical benchmark for Student Accommodation projects
  • Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and Middle East[LYHM&OD1]


Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
  • Strong flair for designs and aesthetics
  • Analytical & detailed individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
