And the JeweLuxe® concept in Singapore (www.jeweluxesingapore.com) – a curatorial exhibition of jewellery, timepiece and other sophisticated living propositions, in October 2017. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the 10-day flagship exhibition saw over 13,000 in traffic. JeweLuxe converges both offline and online with our always on concierge driven ecommerce marketplace (www.jeweluxeworld.com)

Being in our fourth year running, we are looking for passionate energetic individuals to onboard onto our project team for this exciting project.

Job Description

 

Assist in preparing for shop opening/closing

Assist in maintaining gallery cleanliness

Assist in display products

Assist in stock transfer

Attend to customers’ queries and maintain professional customer service experience and converting into Sales

Administrative duties including point-of-sales processes

Inventory control of merchandise and packaging materials at the gallery

Liaise with supplier on delivery and stock status

Communicate and resolve supply problems with suppliers as appropriate

Ensure stock sent to external suppliers for repair or exchanged are returned within the agreed time

To propose pricing for new products for management approval

To ensure prices for promotional/discount items are correct before used at the gallery

Requirements:

  • Min a O level/Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills and Sales Driven.
  • Maintain professional personal grooming standards
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
