We are an Events Management Company in Singapore that was established in the year 2004.

We specialize in corporate events such as:

- Dinner and Dance Events

- Team Building Events

- Family Days Events

- Community Events

- MICE Events

- Product Launches

We manage more than a hundred events yearly and have worked with several well-known organizations such as Dairy Farm, Gucci, Gardenia, Singtel, Volvo, and UOB.

We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about events.

You will assist Project Managers with – liaising with vendors, logistics management, project management and providing on-site support for events.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To assist in all aspects of an event from conceptualization to post-event management
- To manage event timelines
- Preparation of quotations and proposals for clients
- To liaise with vendors and partners to source for event logistics and sponsorships
- To liaise with corporate clients to ensure smooth execution of events
- Preparation of event logistics
- Execution of events

Through this internship, you will experience the aspects of event management from event conceptualization to planning and execution.

Working Hours:
5 Days Work Week
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 6pm OR 9am to 7pm (1 hour lunch break)
Friday: 8am to 5pm OR  9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
