We are looking for high caliber candidates to join the Facility and Real Estate Management team on a 6 months Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Facilities management, we welcome you to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
The intern will be based in Singapore, reporting to Site Facilities Manager. You will have the opportunity to work across the different departments and explore the areas in Facility and Real Estate Division. The intern will closely support the FREM Cluster Director and Area Manager in various co-ordinations and support the day-to-day facility management activities per FREM guideline. You will also be involved in the planning and management of projects and follow up on deliveries of external vendors/contractors based on service agreements.
The successful candidate will have:
•Completing or completed their degree in a reputable university, majoring in Project and Facilities Management / Real Estate courses
•Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
•Strong communication skills
•Present a positive, friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with internal customers and to be sensitive to their needs
•Humble and fun loving
•Resourceful and agile thinking
