Tessaract.io is a case management software for law associations, law firms, accounting firms, clearing houses and consultants. It is designed for absolute efficiency and refined control of tasks and schedules and seamlessly links with your current management tools for a hassle-free migration of existing information. 

We are looking for enthusiastic telemarketers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. Our product is an enterprise level software for professional firms. You will be speaking with mainly lawyers and accountants and their staff. 

Job Requirements

• Cold call potential clients from a directory to introduce our product and secure a demo
• Manage potential leads by following-up closely
• Answer calls from prospective customers
• Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements or existing set-ups
• Record the customer’s information and updates accurately in the prepared format
• Schedule demos with potential clients
• Send emails for confirmation of demo and follow-ups
• Handle complaints or queries by potential clients
• Research and compile a list of potential clients from databases or websites
• May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned 

Qualifications

Skills

• Able to multitask, for e.g. holding a conversation while entering details into the computer
• High proficiency in English
• Knowledge of the operations of a law firm and/or accounting firm is preferred
• Experience with telemarketing is preferred
