Company Profile
Terafire Productions and Engineering Pte Ltd (“TERAFIRE”) was incorporated in Year 2006 and dealing on Integrated Building Services, which provides technical support such as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services.
We are mainly focus in:-
- Preventive Maintenance of Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing equipment and systems
- Attend to breakdown, troubleshooting, servicing, repairing and emergency request
- Repair and/ or replacement of parts for Electrical and HVAC equipment, and also plumbing parts etc.
We have a pool of tradesman and technical personnel to provide comprehensive range of technician, handyman services and attend to urgent maintenance and repair works. Terafire has 110 over staff in total that fill various positions.

Job Description
- Assist project and operations team for administrative and coordination works (Pre & Pro)
- Assist the team to collate and consolidate monthly service and maintenance reports
- Responsible for record each transaction data in kinds of reports on monthly basis (monthly report) for Clients and Management
- Handling of quotation enquiries, price comparison & issuance of purchase orders
- To follow up with vendors/contractors on the delivery/service status
- Preparation of all disbursement
- Any other adhoc administration and operational tasks
