Job Description

We are looking for an individual that has the ability to work in a multi tasked fast paced environment. Applicant must have strong communicative skills with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. 

 

Additional responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Customer scheduling for service calls and new istallations
  • Preparing Documents to Obtain Job Permits
  • Data Processing
  • Scanning and Filing
  • Clerical Support

 

Full Time / hourly position

401k

 

Must possess:

  • MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE PRESSURE 
  • High school degree and college preferred
  • Basic computer and computer software skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills
  • Type 40 wpm a must
  • Customer service experience.
