TechM Solution Pte. Ltd. – Internship – Marketing Executive (Promotion Campaign)

The Role:

Being part of our HQ Marketing team, you will be supporting the marketing team in promotional campaigns for the Company regionally. It shall be an advantage if you had marketing education background with fintech exposure, doing related marketing promotions projects. You enjoyed exploring new innovative motional campaigns ideas and appreciate teaming up with people. Certainly, you enjoy the satisfaction from the success result of each marketing campaigns, which eventually directing Company to garner more brand awareness and to a greater business expansion.

The Tasks:

• Support the marketing promotional campaigns, get involve with planning, executing and tracking Company’s regional promotional campaigns activities.
• Idealised different promotional campaigns which suit the needs of each regional, as well as conform HQ’s requirement to get the most optimal marketing campaigns solution.
• Collaborate closely with team members.
• Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
• Support to plan promotional ideas and activities throughout the regions and across the calendar in teams.
• Assists to prepare all marketing materials (banner, landing page, event page), delegating promotional campaign project tasks to designers and content writers.
• Keeping a close up-to-date on competitors’ promotions as well as knowing the financial trading platform industrial marketing campaigns trend.

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communication or related field.
• Preferably with Fintech understanding or interest;
• A positive, can-do attitude, with strong attention to detail;
• Driven to support in a fast-paced and dynamic tech company;
• Ability to communicate well in English and Chinese to connect with teams in different countries.
• A good team-player to partner with different internal & external stakeholders.
