Job Scope:
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution
- Copy writing for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
- Designing of marketing collaterals
- Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives to achieve top performance and KPIs
- Performing market analysis and research on competitors
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
- Update spreadsheets with appropriate information, such as budgeting
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (social media, e-marketplaces, etc.)
- Providing feedback received from customers on various channels and suggesting initiatives to improve
- Perform any other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Current Polytechnic or University student.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Understanding of latest marketing trends and techniques
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
