Team Music provides corporate clients the latest music teambuilding innovation - BANDINC® . The Ultimate Corporate Rock Band Program. This transformational program spans half-day to full-day retreats for 10-350pax. This program has ran for 300 sessions, 20,000 participants. Absolutely no musical experience is required at all 🙂
We train bands, focussing mainly on 3Cs - Clarity, Chemistry and Commitment. Our musical debrief addresses corporate concerns such as leadership agility, team chemistry and change management, all common to the world of bands and business.

Audition Criteria
1) Submit CV to daniel@teammusic.co
2) Able to connect well with others and lead, work with them.
3) Able to commit to picking up an instrument quickly. Some form of musical experience is preferred. Would be an advantage to be able to play a few instruments.
Work Requirement
1) Punctuality
3) Dress code in Team Music casual attire
4) Setup & Teardown musical equipment
5) Teach beginners to play their basic musical instruments
6) Able to commit at least for the next 3 months of teambuilding events.
