TE Capital Partners – Investment Analyst (Internship)

TE Capital Partners is an established private equity real estate investment manager with $2bn of real estate transactions in the past decade. The sponsor of the manager is an established real estate developer in Singapore with a proven track record as an active investor in the global real estate market. In order to support our rapidly growing asset under management, we are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated candidate to work directly with the Singapore team as an Intern.

As an Intern you will be responsible for market research, support the due diligence processes for new deals, and be involved in the overall management of our investments. These will be your tasks:

• Shaping investment ideas through industry research
• Reporting, consolidation and operational support
• Support screening and evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Analyzing financials & valuation
• Preparation of investor presentations
• Support spreadsheet modeling
