We are a corporate finance company and we advice companies on mergers and acquisition, fund raising, etc. we do not deal with retail investors. It’s mostly large companies

Candidate should be able to:

• able to understand and analyze financial statements (in detail)
• proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Must be able to prepare financial models in excel and presentations in ppt
• good writing and communication skills 
• able to undertake research on companies and industries as required
• interest in the capital markets will be helpful
• Without a good background in accounting and finance, this role will be difficult to handle
• On the job training will be provided. Candidates must be ready to learn. The successful candidate would be required to communicate with clients etc as and when required. Good interpersonal skill is important.
