We are a new search fund that aims to partner with founders of small enterprise in Thailand  / Singapore (in the range of SGD 500K-5M EBITDA) to help them transition out of the business and retain their legacy.

Opening for 3-6 months part-time remote private equity / management consulting internship for undergraduate students

We are a search fund that aims to partner with founders of small enterprise in Thailand / Singapore (in the range of SGD 500K-5M EBITDA) to help them transition out of the business and retain their legacy.

Your roles and responsibilities You will directly report into the founders of the company and get mentorship on topics such as industry research, deal sourcing, due diligence and value creation.

As a part of the role, you may be conducting desktop or primary research on industries and companies, supporting outreach efforts both through calling and emails, helping to synthesize insights, or supporting operational activities.

What we are looking for

-Business administration, engineering or economics students keen on business, investments or consulting careers

-Positive attitude and keen to learn

-Able to commit for at least 10 hours per week (including half day on Saturday morning) for 3-6 months periods, with flexibile start dates from Feb to Apr 2024

-Remote work arrangement

-Fluent in English. Chinese and Thai are bonus

As part of the internship, the founders (with past experience in top management consulting and investment banking firms) will provide coaching on skillsets and recruiting process related to investments and consulting careers.

An allowance will be provided as part of the internship.
