About the Apprenticeship:

Beyond a typical sales role, this opportunity is a structured mentorship and apprenticeship programme with opportunities for leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with new and existing clients through calls, messages, and scheduled consultations
  • Understanding client priorities and presenting suitable solutions
  • Build strong, trust-based long-term relationships
  • Work closely with mentors to develop communication, strategic thinking, and client management skills
  • Attend regular training, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops to understand company operations, management principles and industry standards
  • Achieve personal performance milestones and apprenticeship progression targets
