Talent@Web3 – Crypto Event Lead (Intern)

About you

If you are passionate about the web3 space, enthusiastic about how events are the best learning and networking platforms, have a curious, creative and "can-do" attitude, consider joining us as our event lead. You will lead in the creation of event concepts, curating of speakers, selecting venues, budgeting, securing sponsorships, handling logistics, handling event marketing and evaluating event effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Negotiating sponsorship deals.
• Selecting and reaching out to top quality speakers/moderators.
• Handling budgeting and invoicing.
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
• Handling logistics.
• Managing branding and communication.
• Developing event feedback surveys.
• Handling post-event reports.

Requirements:

• Ability to work for 6 months and 2 days a week during term. SG-based universities only.
• Expert interpersonal skills
• Communication and marketing skills.
• Project management experience.
• Highly Organized.
• Multi-tasker.
• Good time management.
• Proficiency in various event software.
