Talentora is a simple talent app for the media & entertainment industry in Asia.
Talentora connects media & entertainment talents with hirers for jobs in film, print, music, tv, theatre, radio, advertisements and events. Get access to actors, singers, dancers, models, hosts, comedians, magicians, athletes, stunt performer, artists, musicians, variety performers, directors, producers, cinematographers, photographers, editors, writers, make-up artists, casting directors, stage managers, art directors, cameramen, costume designers, camera operators, sound engineers, visual effects artists, animators, grips, gaffers and event planners.
We would like to mention specific details regarding this position.
A) The markets in your purview will be Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia and India.
B) You will need to identify media/film/ad/event production companies/individuals on facebook groups that will be shared with you and compile a list of email addresses. Then mailchimp the lists to onboard talent hirers to the app.
C) You will need to identify and reach out to Talent schools/institutions like Film schools via email to onboard students to the app.
D) You will have to execute, optimise expenditure and manage ad campaigns to acquire talents and hirers on facebook (image ads), instagram (image and video ads) and youtube (video ads). All ad images, videos and text will be provided. So you need to have some knowledge and experience with executing ad campaigns on these platforms.
E) You will need to be analytical, intelligent and proactively research what you may not know. We will also guide you in areas you need a bit of help with.
F) This contracted position will be set for a minimum of 3 months. Employment and wage increment will be reviewed based on performance.
G) Monthly KPIs will be set and you may only need to work 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
H) You may work remotely but meetings may be held once a day on Skype or Zoom.
I) Your remuneration of $400 will be paid on the 28th of each month.
