We are looking to hire a Researcher/Trainee Consultant, to join us on one of our largest accounts - a top 5 global consumer goods company with over 80,000 employees.

Our client is going through an exciting business and digital transformation. In order to support this growth, we are looking to hire someone who is experienced in talent sourcing, project management, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

  •  Participating in worldwide talent acquisition projects 
  •  Partnering with senior stakeholders 
  •  Identifying and engaging with talent in the market through the use of a number of sourcing methods 
  •  Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates 
  •  Representing the client’s employer brand 
  •  Communicating regularly with senior stakeholders and talent acquisition team 
  •  Building strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally 
  •  Working as a business partner to provide market research and intelligence findings 
  • Travelling across Asia to attend business meetings 

What we are looking for: 

  • Preferably experience of Advisory, Consulting, Executive Search, Agency Recruitment or RPO 
  • Stakeholder management experience 
  • Understanding of markets in Asia Pacific
  • Experience using social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the project 
  • Excellent communication and team work skills

What you need:

  • University Degree (or soon to complete)
  • English language (native standard)
  • EP or right to work in Singapore
