HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
The HR Intern will support the HR Manager to enhance TAIGER’s employer brand through diverse channels, and understand various recruitment strategies key to attracting top talent in a competitive field. They will:
- Assess TAIGER's employer branding efforts to drive consistency and innovation across various platforms
- Produce creative and compelling brand collaterals for talent attraction across all candidate levels
- Brainstorm and implement talent onboarding and engagement processes to optimize employee experience
- Manage the internship programme across the talent pipeline, including overseeing current interns, and developing placement and sourcing strategies for incoming interns
HUMAN RESOURCES TECH INTERN
The HR Tech Intern will work alongside the software development team to hone technical software skills for application in a HR function. They will seek to understand end-to-end HR processes and identify areas for efficiency through process automation such as:
- Adapting TAIGER’s products for internal use in candidate engagement
- Exploring creative and effective candidate sourcing automation strategies
- Creating innovative candidate status dashboards through automatic retrievals
- Optimizing HR policies and claims processing tools
INTERNSHIP PREREQUISITES
- Background in Computer Engineering or related disciplines (HR Tech requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and proactive attitude to learn
- Self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team
- Driven to take up new challenges
- Keen on learning more about Artificial Intelligence software industry
- Interested in understanding the impact of Human Resources in an agile start-up
