Synerge Connexion Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

Synerge Connexion provides Human Resource consultancy services across a wide range of HR areas. The Marketing Intern manage the core of our business - expanding our outreach for Clients and services. Reporting to the Director and working with the colleagues and executives, the individual will be responsible for market expansion and the array of services provided to our Clients.

The successful individual will be involved in:

• Website updates and maintenance 
• Developing marketing materials
• Be aware of market trends, industry events, competitor actions and client needs' in order to support the proactive pursuit of growth opportunities.
• Review and recommend improvements to new market and market expansion plans based on data-driven insights and feedback from internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Sales-driven or have a penchant for business development
• Organized and strategic: passion for organization, planning, execution and reporting
• Takes ownership, proactive and is an independent thinker
• Team player and communicator: seeks to consistently add value, improve strategies and deliver feedback and support
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
