Synerge Connexion provides Human Resource consultancy services across a wide range of HR areas.

The Management Trainee in Human Resource Consultancy will be given opportunities to be mentored and train as a holistic HR Generalist.

The successful individual will be involved in: 

- Full cycle recruiting from attracting, sourcing and interviewing to hiring candidates

- Place job advertisements, use online job postings and newspaper advertising etc to attract applicants

- Proficient in evaluating and shortlisting applicants. 

-Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies ,initiate new projects and /or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency .

Requirements:

-No Work experience (Student and undergraduate Welcome)

-Local Diploma and Degree

-Flexible schedule and Hybrid working
