Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer client queries and engage clients through phone, email and chat bot
  • Take ownership of client support tickets on Zendesk and ensure prompt resolution to all client inquiries and issues
  • Demonstrate exceptional prioritisation and time management skills and through escalating when appropriate, maintain and enhance long-term client relations
  • Adhoc projects may be allocated from time to time

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle the pressure
