SWUK Aesthetics – Part Time Spa Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience, from booking appointments to greeting clients and supporting daily operations.

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online messages in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and manage client appointments using our booking system, and handling payments
• Provide information about spa services, promotions, and packages
• Support therapists with treatment room setup and cleanup as needed
• Follow up with clients for reviews, feedback, or rebooking reminders

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic booking software and messaging apps
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Able to work 3-4 shifts a week, preferably on weekends
• Students are welcomed

To give a brief overview of your potential part time schedule:

• Weekdays: 10.30am - 2.30pm and/or 4pm - 8pm
• Weekends: 10.00am - 2.00pm and/or 2:00pm - 7.00pm
