SPS Singapore is looking for a passionate Finance Admin Intern who will be supporting the Finance Team with the day-to-day duties. The Finance Admin Intern will be able to hone their skills and be exposed to real-life working situation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of day-to-day invoices, company's month-end closing
- General office administration duties
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned and at times assist with other duties from other department
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication skills in clear written and conversational English
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Productivity
- Flexibility to cater to work / volume fluctuation
- Be able to work accurately even under pressure, paying attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time
