Swimwerks Asia Pte Ltd – Accounts Receivable Intern

Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.

With more than 5 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2020. 

We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors. Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Learn to Swim Programs, Swimming Instructor Courses, Lifesaving Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Event Management, and aquatic products.

Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full aspect of Accounts Receivable
• Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolve any outstanding AR issues and invoices, update the receipt entries in the accounting system on a daily basis
• Manage customers’ disputes escalations and resolve conflicts on AR processes
• Resolve customers’ concern & provide a solution
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and credit control review
• Any other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish assignments on time
• Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge. Knowledge of Xero system would be an advantage
• Initiative, Proactive and Independent
• Highly motivated and positive attitude
• 5 days work week 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
