Job Scope:
- General administrative duties involving data entry, filing and simple content creation etc
- Check invoices
- Upkeep of payments and other transactions
- Send notifications for payments due
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft office esp. excel (formulas and spreadsheet)
- Highly driven and independent individual
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and highly meticulous
- Must possess at least O / A levels or diploma
- Minimum commitment 4 months
- Singaporeans only
