We are looking for a Key Talent to Join our Company to continue to grow our EuropAce Brand.

EuropAce is a Singapore Brand inspired by European quality and design. It has proudly provided electrical home consumer appliances and lifestyle products since 1992 for the last 29 years and is the No 1 Singapore brand of air-conditioners and home appliances. Its products are available in all major electrical chain-stores such as Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Mustafa, Audio House and department stores such as Metro, OG, TANGS and Hypermarkets such as Giants; neighbourhood electrical, hardware, bathroom and lighting stores as well as E-commerce stores such as Lazada, Qoo10 and Shopee.

The technician is responsible to repair the faulty appliances in a timely manner and to ensure that the quality is able to meet its standard.

Job Description

• To trouble-shoot and repair electrical home appliances.
• To ensure that all repairs must be timely and meet the quality standard.
• To provide technical support to address customer enquiries.
• To clear any outstanding repairs.
• To maintain good housekeeping at workplace.
• To be accountable for all repairs stock. (No missing of repair stock)
  
  
  Job REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Undergrad, current ITE or Polytechnics students, ORD personnel, Mid-career Switchers, all are welcome.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with a responsible and positive service mind-set.
• Customer-oriented.
• Able to use MS Office.
