Marketing Assistant (3 to 6 months contract)

We are looking for an individual to support a full scale loyalty programme which includes managing the members’ enquiry channel, coordination of campaigns and assist in liaison with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support creation of committed comms/publicity (where required) and communicating to tenants on the requirement

• Ensure timely update of tenant participation and Jeripay deployment tracker

• Support creation of committed comms/publicity for tenant privileges

• Ensure timely update of tenant participation & privileges across app/website

• Daily CS management and to ensure cases are being followed up

• Creation of voucher mockups in UAT

• Ensure timely update of catalogue (i.e. removal/addition of vouchers)

• Ensure timely update of app/web content (i.e. removal/addition of features)

• Testing of all UAT rollout

• Supporting on fraud investigation on members

Requirements:

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.

• Some experience with loyalty programmes preferred.

• Conscientious and resourceful team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently without excessive guidance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to undertake basic cross-department and selected tenant conversations

• Prior work experience in a marketing role within a retail environment or shopping mall will be advantageous.
