Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte. Ltd. – Customer Service Officer (Shopping Mall)

Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd, manager of shopping centres offices, is looking for qualified candidates to join us with the relevant qualifications experience as stated. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operations of the Information Counter
• Maintain and provide excellent customer service in the course of duty
• Provide timely and accurate information and/or clarification to internal and external customers of the company
• Handle shopper feedback and incidents professionally
• Handle administrative duties which includes but not limited to covering of reception duties (when required), tracking of lost and found items, preparing of redemption reports
• Administer mall-wide redemptions during campaigns and help out when required during events
• Assist in the sale and redemption of vouchers; ensuring accuracy in voucher movement and monies collected
• Assist to upkeep the mall by performing regular checks ensuring that facilities and amenities are in good condition
• Assist in crowd management when required
• Any other duties assigned when required

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• 2 years of experience in shopping mall, retail or hotel concierge service is preferred
• Computer literate
• A team player who possesses good interpersonal skills and has a pleasant disposition
• Motivated individual who is attentive to details
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts which include weekends & Public Holidays
